Creating Content
- From a browser on your computer, open your Atheer Studio workspace, and sign into your account using your assigned credentials. Upon successful login, you will be presented with the Conversations home page.
- From the Atheer Studio toolbar on the left side of the page, click on the Content button, and the Content page will be presented. To create new content, click the NEW button on the top right corner of the page.
- There are 8 formats of content that you can create (Videos, Podcasts, Documents, Images, Articles, Posted Web Pages, Announcements, and Did You Knows). You can scroll down the menu listing to reveal the entire list.
Creating Podcast Content
- To create a Podcast content, select the Podcast button off of the New menu.
- You will be presented with 2 different podcast options: SELECT PODCAST FILE TO UPLOAD or Use Embedded Code.
Select Podcast File to Upload
- To upload a podcast file, click on the SELECT PODCAST TO UPLOAD Button.
- The podcast file upload pop-up will appear.
- To upload a file from your computer, simply drag a file from your computer desktop onto the drag-and-drop field. You can also click the (Select Files to Upload) button and browse your available computer drives.
Alternately, you can select a file from your Google Drive, Box, or Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage by logging into the service through the pop-up. - Regardless of the source from which the file comes, once the file is selected, the system will automatically upload it.
- Once the podcast upload is successful and complete, you will pass through a couple screens and then land on the content’s properties page. Here you can preview the podcast in the media player on the right. You can also edit the content properties on the left.
- Click on the toggle switches or the (expand) buttons to the right of each setting to reveal the editing fields.
- Change or modify the content settings as necessary:
Title: The title that the users will see in the Atheer Lens app. It defaults to the media file name, but you can change it.
Description: Describe the article in more detail. It defaults to the media file name, but you can change or remove it.
Scheduling: Input the available date and discontinue date for the article to be seen by the users.
Settings: Enable the content, set its optional estimated duration in minutes, and select an optional owner Audience.
Visible To: Select the user Audience(s) that will be able to view this Content in the Atheer Lens app.
Tags: Type in and enter the search tags for the content.
Topics: Select the topic (or sub-topic) in which you would like this article stored.
Thumbnail: Select a thumbnail image that you wish to use to represent this article. - Click the (Share) button at the top right corner of the screen to reveal the Share Content(s) pop-up.
- In the Share Content(s) pop-up, by clicking the (search) button, you can share this content with individual users or audiences. You can also type in your reason for sharing the content.
- Once you have assigned users and/or audiences to whom you wish to share this content, click the SHARE button.
- You will be presented with a pop-up that acknowledges your successful sharing of this content. Click the (Close) button to close the pop-up.
- Click the SAVE button at the top right corner to save the changes to this article.
Use Embedded Code
- To use an embedded code from an online podcast streaming service, back on the Upload Podcast page, click on the button.
- Acquire the embedded code from the online streaming service and paste it into the Embedded Code field in the Use Embedded Code pop-up.
- Click the LET’S GO button.
- As the embedded code is tested, and the content is configured, you will pass through a couple screens and land on the content’s properties page. Here you can preview the video in the video player on the right. You can also edit the content properties on the left.

- Change or modify the content settings as necessary:
Title: You will need to add a title.
Description: You can choose to add a description.
