Attend an AiRSession as a Guest from an Email or SMS invite on an Android Mobile Device

Accept Invitation from within your Android device’s email or SMS app.

1. An SMS invitation:
   In your device’s SMS app, open the invitation, and tap the JOIN TO CLICK URL.
   
   
   
   

2. An email invitation:

   In your email app, open the message from the Atheer Admin, and tap the Join AiRSession button.
   
   
   
   
3. If prompted, select your preferred browser.
   
   
   
   
4. The Google Play Store will pop open to the Atheer Lens app page. Tap the INSTALL button.
   
   
   
   
5. Once the installation is completed, tap the Open button.
   
   
   
   
6. Choose to allow or deny the Lens app to take pictures and record video, and also record audio (Allow is recommended).
   
       
   
   
7. The Atheer Lens welcome page will load. If you have proxy settings to configure, tap the (settings) button at the top right corner of the page. Tap the Proxy Settings menu.
   
   
   
   
8. Enter your proxy settings, and tap the Save button
   
   NOTE: The proxy server settings can be enabled and disabled by sliding the switch in the Proxy Settings page.
   
   
   
   

9. Now that the app is successfully installed and configured, close the app.
   
   

10. Go back to the original invitation (SMS message or email), and tap the hyperlink or Join AiRSession
    
    
11. If prompted, select your preferred browser.
    
    
    
    
12. The Atheer Lens app will re-launch, connect you to the proper Workspace, and pre-populate the AiRSession Number. Edit the First Name and Last Name fields, and tap the Join button.
    
    
    
    

13. You will now be joined to the AiRSession to which you were invited.
